George Franklin Seibert was born on July 8 1924 to George and Anna Lauretta Ganger Seibert who lived in Pottstown, Pennsylvania. His mother died when George was 5 years old. George had two half sisters, Nancy Maryann, and Gail Joyce.
George completed two years of high school and then worked in an unskilled machine shop. He entered service in the Army on April 1, 1943.
George died of Tuberculosis on June 5, 1943 at Camp Mackall, North Carolina. George is buried at the Mount Zion Cemetery in North Coventry Township.
