Paul L. Becker was born on June 4, 1919 to Ralph and Beulah Becker in York County, Pennsylvania. Paul was the second of five children. His father was a farmer.

After Paul graduated high school he moved to Chester County for employment.

Paul enlisted in the Army on May 20, 1941.

Private First Class Paul L. Becker died non-battle on March 3, 1945. He is buried at the Dubs Cemetery, Marburg, Pennsylvania.
